Using ＆ Maintenance |
|
（1）Check carefully whether the fasteners
are firm and tight. （2）Whether
the transmission belt is in good condition. If it is damaged, replace it
in time, and wipe it clean
when there is oil on the belt or
pulley.
（3） After checking that all parts of
the machine are normal, it can be started.
（4） The machine is only allowed to
start when there is no load.
（5）After starting, check the direction
of roll rotation.
（6）After starting, if an abnormal
situation is found, the machine should be stopped immediately, and the
cause can be found before restarting.
（7） If there is a jam or shutdown
during use, immediately cut off the power supply and remove the
material.
（8）Keep the machine clean. After each
use, wipe off the dust and coal dust on the machine in time. |
