Electrode would absorb moisture in the course of manufacture, transportation and storage. Electrode coating should be dried before using, otherwise, hydrogen decomposed from water in electrode coating will remain in the metal around welding seams so as to cause cold seaming in welding seam and welding accidents. Electrode drying oven may be widely used in industries of machinery, power, metallurgy, chemistry, petroleum and city construction and is an ideal drying device for welding. Compared with general ovens and chamber type heat treatment ovens, it has the advantages of low heat loss, high efficiency, precise temperature control, even heating, automatic temperature control, timing stop, easy operation and satisfactory drying effect.

Attention:
1. Customers are advised to find an electrician to install the air switch themselves. 2.Operators should be acquainted with the structure and operation method of drying oven and accessories (control box and meter, etc.) and layout of electric circuits. 3. Before loading or unloading the oven with the electrodes, disconnect the work power supply to ensure the personal safety of operator. 4. Place the electrodes with care to prevent the oven liner, control box and meters from damage because of hitting and pell-mell placing. 5. Operators should clean away the residue of the electrode coatings in the oven regularly.
Operation Method：
1. Unpack the package, and check whether the machine is intact. 2. Place the machine at a dry and well-ventilated position and keep it more than 15cm away from the wall or other equipment. 3. Open the machine door, place welding electrodes into the machine orderly and neatly and close the machine door. 4. Connect the machine to the 220V power supply, turn on the power switch, set the temperature and time through the intelligent thermostat, and the machine starts to work normally. 5. Turn off the power switch, disconnect the power supply, and wear the heat-insulating protective gloves to take the welding electrodes out of the oven carefully.
