Installation and use instructions
|
1. After unpacking, choose a flat ground to place the dehydrator
smoothly (note that there should be a certain space behind the fuselage
for easy operation).
2. Connect the rated voltage power supply specified by the machine and
ensure that the grounding is good.
3. Turn on the power and the dehydrator starts to run.
4. Confirm that there is no abnormal noise when the machine is running
(when the sieve rotates, the sound is normal when the wind blows).
5. Put the cut material into the filter bag and then put it into the
material sieve, press the barrel cover, and the material sieve rotates
to gradually throw the water droplets stuck on the material away from
the material, so as to achieve the separation of the material and the
water. At this time, the machine works normally.
6. If you need to remove soymilk and oily materials, put the filter bag
evenly into the sieve, turn the machine and put it into the fuselage
barrel, and continuously pour the soymilk into the cover and flow into
the filter bag. Rotate to separate pulp and slag. After a certain
amount, the residual residue in the filter bag can be taken out, and the
work can be continued.
7. After using every day, the sieve should be rinsed, and the filter bag
should be soaked in clean water.

☆The grounding of the dehydrator must be good, and it is strictly
forbidden to operate the machine with bare feet and wet hands. When the
machine is just started or gradually suspended, the body needs to be
supported to prevent the machine from swinging too much and causing
accidents.
☆When the dehydrator is working, or the power supply has been cut off
but the sieve is still rotating, it is strictly forbidden to use hands
or other tools to enter the sieve to get the material.
☆In case of excessive load, lumpy materials or uneven distribution of
materials, the machine is caused to work abnormally due to excessive
shaking force. First, quickly stabilize the machine and then cut off the
power supply (to prevent the machine from falling and causing a safety
accident) ), if it is overloaded, you should slowly take out a certain
amount of block materials in the sieve (in line with the rated working
weight of the machine) before continuing to work. If the material is
uneven, the material should be placed flat again, and then the machine
should be turned on for work.

the power supply, and use waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof and
other protective measures
