Features

1. Powerful welding machine, the amount of extrusion can be up to 3.5KG.
2. Double feed hole design to avoid welding rod winding. Note: single hole feed is used. If more extrusion is needed, please replace the 4.0mm-4.5mm thick welding rod
3. Adopted: lamut motors made in Turkey. Adjustable speed range of 1-6 gears.
4. Four-fluorine welding boots: wind shield, heat insulation design more scientific. Same design as LEISTER extruder.

Application scope

1. Thermoplastic plastic HDPE. PP. PVDF, especially PE can show the characteristic best.
2. It is forbidden to use for electric conduction plastic (PE-EL), which can bring electric conduction short circuit of machine.
3. It can once weld the line with width of more than 10mm and plastic board with 40mm below.
4. This machine is used for the fourth part of the barrel bath and the tub and accords to the standard of the DVS

This Plastic Extrusion Welding Machine is 220V(single phase). When it is used in 110V countries, you need to prepare one generator or power transformer to match the power source. Otherwise it may not be suitable for you. Please ensure that you have noticed this problem before you place order.

Returns & Exchanges

▲ All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged items, depending on the condition.

Defective & Damaged Products
