Operating instructions
1. Tooth Number Setting (Taking a Saw Blade with 100 Teeth as an Example) The initial state of the tooth number setting of this machine is to randomly display 4 Arabic numerals. According to the number of teeth of the saw blade to be sharpened, first press the > key. At this time, the cursor of the last digit flashes. Press the + or - key until the digit is 0. Then press the > key again. At this time, the cursor of the third digit flashes. Press the + or - key again until the digit is 0, and then press the > key again. By analogy, set the second digit to 1. Finally, press the stop key, and all settings are completed. 2. Adjustment of Tooth Tip Height For the adjustment of the tooth tip height of this machine, it is necessary to ensure that the sliding worktable and the saw blade support column are on the same horizontal plane. In actual work, the adjustment should be carried out according to the thickness of the saw blade combined with the center height of the grinding wheel. 3.
