The special magnetic circuits are designed for achieving

chuck can be lifted and inclined within the range of 0-45
degrees, well adapting to different clamping requirements of

The special hex wrench is used
to achieve ON/OFF switching operation of the magnetic chuck, the
effective control over the magnetic chuck is stably achieved
under the condition that the plane precision is unchanged, and
operation is easy and convenient. |

| The fixing screws in the fixing
holes can be loosened and tightened to clamp and unclamp the
workpieces, the inclination angle can be effectively controlled,
firm and reliable clamping of workpieces can be ensured, and the
clamping adaptability is greatly enhanced. |

Operation
Method |
|
1. Loosen the fixing screws on the two sides
with the small hex wrench, and lift the top plate of the
magnetic chuck.
2. Place the workpiece on the workbench of
the magnetic chuck, tighten the fixing screws to firmly clamp
the workpiece, insert the large hex wrench into the shaft hole,
rotate the hex wrench by 180 degrees to the ON position, and the
workpiece can be attracted and processed.
3. After processing the workpiece, insert the
large hex wrench into the shaft hole, rotate the hex wrench by
180 degrees to the OFF position, loosen the fixing screws, lift
the top plate and take down the workpiece.
4.
After use, clean the magnetic chuck and apply the anti-rust oil
to the magnetic chuck. |
