3. Add sewing machine oil as required before use. Wipe off excess oil regularly.

4. Do not plug/unplug or operate the machine with wet hands. Insulation protection is required when working in humid areas.

5. Disconnect power before needle replacement, threading, cleaning or lubrication.

6. Only sew woven sacks, jute bags and paper bags. Do not sew hard or metal materials to prevent needle breakage and component damage.

Sewing Mechanism

The sewing mechanism adopts a precision hook and feed dog assembly to form neat locked stitches with high seam strength. Stable thread feeding reduces thread breakage for reliable continuous operation. It adapts to woven sacks of different thicknesses.
　

Oil Tank

The automatic oil supply system continuously delivers sewing machine oil to moving parts of the machine head. Frequent manual oil dripping is not required, simplifying daily maintenance. It reduces friction and wear during high-speed operation.
　

Motor

Handle

2. Hold the machine with right hand and place the index finger on the switch button on the handle.

3. Hold the bag with left hand lightly and insert the bag mouth between Feed Dog and Presser Foot.

4. Run the machine with empty bags and make sure you are well versed in its operation before entering into actual operation.

5. Run the machine while keeping the bag straight. Never pull or pull back the bag.

6. After closing, the thread is cut by the built-in nibbler type cutter. When cutting the thread, leave at least 3cm long extended tail to prevent the unwilling loosening of the seam.
