Feeding Mechanism

The feeding mechanism can stably fix the foil roll and feed the hot stamping foil smoothly, effectively avoiding deviation and wrinkle of the foil, ensuring the accurate hot stamping position and reducing the foil waste.
　

1. Place the machine on a stable and flat workbench.

2. Connect the machine to the 110V power supply with reliable grounding.

3. Install the foil roll on the fixing shaft and guide the foil to pass through the feeding rod.

4. Turn on the temperature controller, set the heating temperature and start heating.

5. After reaching the set temperature, place the material on the table area.

6. Cover the material with the foil, align with the pattern, press the operation handle steadily for a few seconds and loosen it.

7. Take out the material, check the hot stamping effect and appropriately adjust the temperature and pressure when necessary.

8. After completing hot stamping, turn off the temperature controller, and unplug the machine.

9. Wait for the heating plate to cool down completely, and then clean the machine thoroughly.
