Rotary Disc
The
rotary disc is crafted with 3mm-thick 304 stainless steel
materials through the wire drawing technology, effectively
improving the structural strength and the surface smoothness,
greatly prolonging the service life and stably supporting
various products during rotation. |

Control Box
The control box integrates the power switch,
the emergency stop switch, the speed regulator and the frequency
converter, achieving control over start/stop and speed
regulation, effectively protecting the internal parts and
improving the operation safety and convenience.

Driving Motor
The copper core motor is adopted to stably
drive the rotary disc to rotate smoothly, and has low energy
consumption and fault rate, high reliability and stability,
better heat dissipation performance and long service life, and
can operate continuously and steadily.

Supporting Legs
The bottom supporting legs are firmly welded
to the stand column to stably support the rotary disc, the
electrolytic pickling is adopted to remove black points so as to
form the attractive appearance, and the whole height can be
conveniently adjusted through the long rod supporting legs.

Operation
Method |
|
1. Before use, check whether all
parts are intact.
2. Connect the machine to the 110V
power supply with reliable grounding.
3. Turn on the power switch, the
rotary disc starts rotating.
4. Use the speed regulator to adjust
the rotating speed as needed.
5. After use, turn off the power
switch, unplug the machine and clean it thoroughly. |
